I was SO excited to move onto the last two blocks, the pumpkin ones, for the challenge that I put the fuseing on the wrong side. I might go out and buy another charm pack to make up for it but if there's any way to wash it off I'd rather do that than start over! It's only the pumpkins I need to fix, the star and stems are fine....oh excitement and impatience are not a good combo when working on a new skill =)

I just finished my gobble gobble entry and posted the photo on the Flickr page. FUN, FUN fabrics.........and even though my design is quite simple, it is not easy to design a quilt. I admire you, Pat!

Thanks, Pat! There are some amazing quilts on the Flickr group. It's fun to see what others come up with. Now to think of a project with my leftover gobble gobble fabric............

Pat Tablerunner and coasters would be great for Thanksgiving, wouldn't they? I want to incorporate some small strip pieced pumpkins somehow.....

little pumpkins on the corners... or down the center of the runner.. or buy some tea towels and applique pumpkins to them!

I am so close to done with my top. I am going to send it to my brother and his girlfriend to decorate their new townhouse with when it is done.

Yesterday, I finished adding the borders to the quilt top, and did the last of the stitching around the applique shapes. HOWEVER, the top will have to rest patiently while I tackle a few other life crises the rest of this week!

So many clever uses of Gobble Gobble - can't decide which one I like best.
