I discovered this Christmas Blog Hop today.  It started on Nov. 9 and will last for 12 days.  Each day you visit a different designer's blog and they have instructions for a project that would make a cute Christmas present or decoration or ...

Good idea and can kick-start your Christmas sewing!  (If you haven't started already.)

oh Pat! You got my polka dot tingles going! I'm excited to see this! I'm not a flannel or wool girl - yet. Maybe next year:) My daughter has some nice snowman fabric in her stash though! I am enjoying everyone's projects so far. It's been really fun to visit everybody every day!  Smiley

CheesyWhat fun!  Your pattern looks neat from what we can see of it now. Smiley Need to go back and see the other blocks, and perhaps start one block of my own.  Thanks Pat, for all you do on this ite.  Cheers

http://patsloan.typepad.com

This is Day 4... you need to go to Gudrun's original post to get the order of the projects.. but you SHOULD visit ALL 12 of us day!! You never know if someone else has a goodie to share (like recipes the one day)

at the bottom of my post today is a link to click to my first post which has the 12 designers blogs. Go to Gudruns. Once you start just visit all 12 each day!

Love the Christmas Blog Hop!! No gas costs, just get in the driver's seat in front of my computer. The stories and recipes and patterns that you all are sharing are so fun and really gets me in the mood for the holidays!! I had fun making the quilt that Gudrun shared and am on my way to a Dr. appointment with a little bag filled with the pieces for Sandy's project. If I have to wait and wait when I get there at least I'll accomplish something!  :-)

This Christmas blog hop is a stroke of genius - I've never been in the Christmas mood before Thanksgiving before, but this is really jumpstarting those holiday spirits into high gear!
Thanks for that pillow idea - I have a pack of flannel fatq's that are perfect for it!
