I subscribe to Woman's Day magazine and sometimes use their dinner recipes.  But the latest issue had quite a few cupcake recipes.  The website (link above) has more recipes.  I don't bake myself, but my daughter does.  I encourage her to take her goodies to school or her boyfriend's house so that I don't end up eating them!

http://noosa-journal.whereilive.com.au/lifestyle/story/cupcake-queen-keeps-on-cooking/

WALLACE House president Brenda McFeeters may be popular for her quilting and beading designs, but when she steps into the art and craft centre in Noosaville she’s also known as the cupcake queen.
Whether it’s for Wallace House members or friends and family, Brenda says she loves to make a good cupcake.
Brenda says she really got into making cupcakes a few years ago, when her grandsons Matthew, Izaak and Ryley developed a taste for them.
``They’re easy to make. I always make them in batches of about three dozen. They’re easy to freeze too,” she says.
