Darn it! I'm going to visit one of my 80+ friends in the adult community at 4. I'll listen afterward. LOL Looking forward to it.
As far as Wii arm. I don't use the controller that much and when I do with any exercises, I also use the Numchuk in the L hand. So I equalize it out. When you do the Fit Plus, you don't just use the controller. You use the board which you stand on. I am really finding out more and more about the Wii Fit Plus and enjoying it. Yesterday, Paige brought her Trykke and we went out twice on my routine on the side street. I was out of breath and Paige whizzed by me both times. We had fun and Paige is so fit from her soccer she has no problems on the Trykke. We had tons of fun and later I did 30" on the Wii again. I'm noticing I can suck in the stomach better now. I'm still in the 'obese' category, but the line is going in the right direction. As long as I don't get any of those Cherry Cordial Kisses, I'll cont. in the right direction. Yes, I slept like a baby both nights and you know what? I'm remembering my dreams. I don't usually. I think my metabolism is changing with all the Yoga exercises. It is encouraging and happening so slowly that I'm hoping it will last. Grin

Sharon ... I misread your post the first time ... thought you said you were going to visit 1 of your "more than 80" friends" ... I'm not sure I have that many friends!

Yes, sorry I did make it sound like I have that many friends. No She is in her 80's and a very lovely, elegant (think Sophia Lauren) Italian who has lived here since the 50's but never lost her heavy accent. I believe she raised her kids (all grown with kids who are also grown and having babies) to speak Italian. She is a dear woman who is in a lot of pain and hardly able to walk. But she keeps on. I don't visit her often enough, but I need to do more of it and it is a pleasure. I'm trying to pay it forward and hoping someone will visit me when I'm there. That's one reason why I have started working out this year. I must say it has helped my leg strength.

Wow, Pat, today's show went really fast! I can see that I will have to get to the jello aisle and buy supplies for some gelatin fabric fun! Last summer, my grandson and I had great fun painting fabric outside and this would be something he would really enjoy and so would I. :-) I just know it would need to be done outside. :-)
Sharon, visiting your friend is such a sweet gift to her. :-)

Work, car registration at the MVD, library, exercise and more work. Collapse after 8 when I get home. Not much time for creativity or sewing. Cry

Here is my QOV... done but for the binding.
I free motion quilted this.  I'm happy with the center meander.
The stars around the border though started out all the same size along the first row across the top, but as I advanced down the sides I really lost perspective and they are different.  Not sure if I like it buy guild members said it made it look homemade and not mass produced.  Not sure if that home made label is the kiss of death and I should pull them all out and try again or just leave it.

what do you think?
